Olive Tree & Irish Moss
Olive Trees and Irish Moss are great companions. The soft Irish Moss contrasts nicely with the rugged Olive Tree. Small star shaped flowers make an appearance in the summer adding seasonal interest.
Plants will be delivered from the last week of March to protect them from frost damage. If you would like them earlier, please get in touch.
A member of the Soto team will be in contact in mid-March to arrange a convenient date for delivery.
Please note: The 160-170cm Olive Tree can only be hand delivered within London and the Home Counties.

How to care

Aspect
The Olive Tree likes to be reminded of its Mediterranean roots and loves the sun. Irish Moss is happy in the sun and also tolerates the shade.

Care Level
Prune the Olive Tree in the late spring to desired shape. The Irish Moss is very independent.

Watering
Little and often, Olive Trees and Irish Moss don't like being too wet.

Feeding
Irish Moss benefits from an occasional feed once or twice a year but Olive Trees are used to being in poor quality soil.

Soil
Plant with a good quality, peat free compost and offer a liquid feed once or twice a year to encourage growth.
