Key information

The Niwaki Gardening Gloves are close fitting and tactile making them the ideal gardening glove for when you need a bit of sensitivity and to feel what you’re doing.

These gardening gloves have a comfortable snug fit with an excellent grip. Soto love them because the fit of the fingers and cuffs is just right. Perfect for pruning, planting, working in the borders, potting up in the greenhouse, flower arranging and any other chores around the home and garden. We don’t suggest these gloves are worn for ripping out brambles. These gloves are oil and abrasion resistant and breathable nylon/spandex liner. To care for them, wipe clean with a damp cloth or hand wash in lukewarm soapy water after working in the garden .

Top Tip

To workout the correct size, measure across the middle of your hand (at the metacarpophalangeal joints) in cm to find your size. We recommend moving up a size if you’re caught in the middle, although some people prefer a tighter fit.

How to look after your Niwaki Tools

It is important to keep your tools clean for optimal performance. Follow these easy steps to ensure the longevity of your tools.

  • Before putting your tools away for next time, make sure to remove any existing leaf resin, rust and gunk using your Clean Mate.
  • Simply add a little water or use the Camellia Oil and rub away the rust and sap before you sharpen.
  • Keep a cloth handy to wipe off the resulting muck, then protect your newly cleaned blades with a little Camellia Oil using a dry cloth, making sure to store in a dry place.
